    I am Sydney-based qualified chef, who has been working in the industry for 20years.

    I have worked at restaurants in venues such as the Sydney Opera House and Pier One Sydney, as well as many smaller speciality al-a-carte restaurants. 

    I have years of experience in the design, preparation, and construction of desserts and cakes.

    After I successfully completed several of the 'Planet Cake' cake decorating courses, I started working at Planet Cake as a facilitator in the classroom. I worked with many fabulous decorators and met so many awesome students...

    I then started teaching myself, and realised I had found what I loved doing!

    I now teach solely for Planet Cake and now Cake Decorating Solutions, where I also work part time in the retail shop...And of course make cakes for you!

    All  cakes are hand-made from scratch,  by me,  using high-quality ingredients. They are made made to order, thus ensuring freshness and high standards.

    My passion lies in making cakes with a fresh, clean feel, combining both traditional and modern styles.

    I have an amazing little 10yr old boy, who keeps me young and on my toes...and a 7 yr old Beaglier dog who is obsessed with food and loves his walks!
